승인 받은 관리자 및 직원은 앱을 설치하고 주머니에 휴대폰만 소지하고 있으면 아파트의 모든 공동현관 출입문이 자동으로 열려요.
[주차관리]
원격으로 빠르게 미예약 방문 차량들을 입차시킬 수 있어요.
[차량조회]
아파트에 불법 주차 차량을 바로 확인하고 입주민 민원을 최소화하여 쾌적한 주차장 관리가 가능해요.
[검침]
현장에서 앱으로 세대별 검침량을 입력하면 관리자 웹 페이지에서 전체 세대의 검침 현황을 확인할 수 있어요.
[업무일지]
매일매일 수기로 작성했던 순찰, 미화 등의 업무일지를 터치 몇 번으로 간편하게 작성 가능하고 실시간 업무 현황과 이상유무를 빠르게 공유할 수 있어요.
