Patients - 1. Users can sign up with their email ids or phone numnbers and sign in post a 2 step OTP verification. 2. 1Ayurved app allows patients to book, reschedule and cancel doctor's appointments. 3. Family members can be added under the same account. The members can either have the same email or number as the primary member or have different ones. 4. Receive email/sms after a doctor appointment is booked, rescheduled or cancelled. 5. Get reminder email/sms about the booked appointment. 6. Receive email/sms after a panchakarma appointment is booked, rescheduled or cancelled for them by the counsellor. 7. Users can provide feedback for the services availed at the platform. Providers - 1. Admins can add Doctors, Receptionists, Counsellors, Therapists, Pharmacists in their Clinic/Panchakarma Center/Pharmacy. 2. Admins can track the payments received for their healthcare centre/panchakarma centre/pharmacy 3. Providers can view their doctor/panchakarma appointments and reschedule/cancel as required 4. Providers to receive email/sms after a panchakarma appointment is booked. 5. Providers can track medicines and their payments. 6. The information gathered on the platform will aid the doctors in research and analysis in their line of treatment 7. Providers can view the feedback received for them. 8. The web view of the app offers a Detailed consultation view specifically curated for Ayurvedic doctors from the web view
