Unable to use as app says update it first whereas appstore says no new update
Useless Application
Ajman Sewerage will prompt you to head to their office, then from there to apply on the mobile application or website, the application fails to attach documents or register simple inputs which you find out only after your application has been processed. You will then have to reapply through a PC.
So whether you are at the office, on the website or on the mobile application, you will get disappointed anyhow. After which you may try calling the helpline, they’re useless too. For any problems, they recommend you to call the helpline, the helpline will either direct you to contact them via email which will direct you back to the office or the helpline will tell you to use the application or website. It’s a cycle of unaccountability. Nobody wants to take your case and support you as a customer. The different departments will keep giving the case to the next one.
Ultimately, it is a useless mobile application. It’s best to use the website through a computer and NOT a mobile phone. That’s one of the few ways you can get your application to get registered. Best of luck.
Not working at all
Since I have downloaded this app it isn’t working. It did not work even once. Seems like developers made it and forgot about it at the same time.
