Very Useful

Seriously this app is very useful. But onething, why do you not have this facility through your website/portal? It will be more convenient and secure. My only worry every time when I send money is, entering my credentials in online banking portal after I am being redirected by this app. Because there is no way for me to verify if I am on the correct banking portal or a phishing site, before entering the credentials as long as there is no URL bar with SSL certificates appearing in the App. If you can make it in the web portal itself in addition to the app I will be more than happy and it will be more confident.

Disappointing Experience with Al Ansari Exchange Corporate Account Services

I recently had the unfortunate experience of utilizing Al Ansari Exchange for corporate account transactions, and it was nothing short of a headache from start to finish. The incompetence and lack of coordination within their branches and call center support left me utterly frustrated. Firstly, the branches seemed completely unaware of the procedures and requirements for corporate account transactions. Instead of efficiently handling my requests, they repeatedly sent me back for additional documentation, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. It's baffling how such a basic understanding of their own services is lacking among their staff. Moreover, the call center support was equally disappointing. Not only were they unable to provide clear guidance or assistance, but their responses were often conflicting and confusing. It felt like dealing with a different company altogether, as if they were completely disconnected from the reality of their own operations. Overall, my experience with Al Ansari Exchange for corporate account services was nothing short of a nightmare. Their incompetence and lack of organization severely impacted my business transactions, and I would strongly advise others to seek alternatives unless they enjoy dealing with unnecessary hassle and frustration.

Bad service

I tried sending money and the other party could not receive the full amount as there is a limit which ansari didn’t inform me before I sent it, the money was sent and I had to cancel the transaction and I lost 240DHS, they refused to give them back even though I did everything from the app and there was no one doing the service for me. Very inconvenient and bad service, I had to wait a full day to get my money back as well, I can send money in 1 second but to get it back I need to wait 1 day?! I had to make big problems for them to give me back my money and I had to go to an ansari store to get it back not on the app! I also waiting around 30 minutes there for them to give me my money. Worst services. After making a big problem in the ansari someone there helped me and they gave me an extra around 100 back, who ever you are thank you. I had to go through so much trouble for the limit which they didn’t inform me about. My whole day was ruined by them and gave me a bad feeling about Ansari in general because I won’t get my money back again.
