Today March of 19 I went dib branch In sheikh zayed road near emirates metro station..,before I visit near Deira city center DIB their amazing service the way they handle it was fabulous bt today near Emirates tower branch I don’t like really the service and the one who check for what u r here she didn’t even check my form and she is telling me u need this and that u need to check and ask calmly right this was the super awkward moment for me today next time I will make time for myself and I will visit DCC branch bt I will not
Go this sheikh zayed branch I waited their like 92 minutes they were also amazed even the one who I met she also saying me u wait 92 minutes Thankyou so much and the most disappointed thing with me one sir he was beside me our number was same jst his number is 1 earlier he go to discuss and I was waiting for my turn and 1 DIB staff he took his Clint directly me I m wanting 92 minutes their in bank also their is politics like for us their is no any value? If the boss came they have another rules and for us medium people their is another rules???? When I finish my things I will close DIB and I will never use this bank account never in my life really…yeah I wait 92 minutes I can wait more 5 minutes bt what is this they taking thier Clint direct we r taking token and waiting here very disgusting and I will remember the face thankyou so much Dubai Islamic Bank…I don’t want to rate u even 1 star also

Fraud

I have been with DIB for almost 6 years now, a week ago I was purchasing one ticket from online and I got fraud, now the OTP that has been sent from the bank stating that the same amount I was going to pay, then I got surprised with different amount then I called the online customer service just to block my card as I have all my savings there, they took there time and the hacker was making more transactions while I was panicking and frustrated, after they freeze the account and block the card they said that all this transactions was made by OTP for each transaction it’s like I’m so stupid, after that they said they will investigate on the matter and they will let me know with the update which is never happened.
I called them again and they said my request got rejected and that’s it without any emails to notify me or show me even the request number, finally I went to the HQ office and one gentleman was trying to help he speak to his manager and the manager just wave his head and said no, now I have removed all my saving and closing the account because my money is not save with DIB. Instead of solution they give me big NO.
I don’t recommend this bank if you want your money to be safe.

Never use express transfer with this bank

I already faced twice a problem about express transfer with this bank and I don’t know how many more will come. I transferred a money thru express transfer in Dib mobile app and they deducted the amount in my account. I waited for the amount to reflect in the beneficiary bank but unfortunately the amount was not received. I called the bank and explained about the issue and explained also that there’s no SMS confirmation that the amount was paid to the beneficiary bank which is I am receiving usually everytime I’m doing the transfer and I complained that the process was taking so longggg. For now it is already 1 month and the amount was still not received. It’s just funny how DIB is handling this kind of issue which really affect the trust and integrity of the bank. They do not even care even when you complained in the app or what. I am the one who keep on calling or keep on sending emails just to get an update about this matter. It’s really frustrating that until now they are not doing anything to settle this matter. I promise that once this issue will be settled I will change bank and will never use this bank ever again
