Very bad service

am extremely disappointed with Emirates Islamic Bank's unfair and unjustified charges on my credit card account. Despite clearing my balance in full and on time, the bank added a financial charge without any valid reason. When I reached out to their customer service, I was met with unhelpful and inconsistent responses. They initially claimed a prorated fee due to payment intervals, but later shifted to a different explanation, stating the charge was for a prior month’s balance, which was simply incorrect.After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the bank refused to reverse the charges, despite clear evidence showing timely payments. Such poor handling and lack of accountability are unacceptable, reflecting a severe lapse in customer care and ethical practices.If you value transparency and customer service, I would highly advise reconsidering Emirates Islamic Bank as an option. My experience has been frustrating, and their refusal to acknowledge their mistake has only added to the inconvenience. I hope others do not have to go through a similar ordeal."

I wanted to share my recent experience with your services, and while I appreciate the convenience your bank usually offers, I've encountered some challenges that I believe warrant attention.I recently requested a card replacement, which has taken more than 6 working days without a resolution. Despite reaching out via email and attempting to contact the customer service team by phone, I haven't received a response or been able to connect with anyone.As a customer, this has left me highly disappointed. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and I genuinely appreciate the effort your team puts into providing quality service. Update May-2024:Its very good app, way better than the old one, the waiting time is much better, now when you add new beneficiary you wait 3 hours, before it was 24 hours, and also when you send money the process is faster than before, I hope this don’t change. What I also like that I noticed recently they add option to schedule repeated transfers 😍 I was looking for that. Thanks a lot, keep going!Till now it seems better than old version, however, I didn’t like that I can’t add beneficiary from EI and ENBD with their account number! they are changing how to start the IBAN from time to time, how can I know. It should allow with account number since we are same bank + I hope they removed 24 hours waiting when adding new beneficiary since its so useless and has nothing to do with safety. There is a lot of other choices that provide safety.

I’m having worse experience with EIB service. I have settled and closed my old personal finance 7th of July and applied for new finance. However on 25th July i have been charged again for my settled and closed finance EMI. Until now many follow ups to the bank no one was able to resolve the matter and credit back my deducted money. Service agent no response at all and she said it is not my responsibility. Raise a complaint to the bank but no solution. How can bank make mistake like this? Till now I have two finance accounts my app. Are you going to deduct again both finance EMI’s this month??? I need bank to resolve this ASSP. It has been 2 weeks now I’m waiting.
