· Redesigned and regrouped view of the transfer menu options for ease of access with local, international transfers segregated

· Renewed flow for the FastPay money transfers (previously mePay) for sending and requesting money

· Set up your favorite products for easy access

· You can view the transaction details and share the receipt with your beneficiaries

We made minor improvements and bug fixes too. We are constantly working on improving our app based on your valuable feedback.

So far So good, however

Supplementary credit card transactions and payments to credit card transactions are not shown in recent activities, however the appis easy & flexible , more option specially for cards are there, however there are some lags in loading some pages and services which require restart the app. Also there are some options are still to be released. Moreover it needs some visual enhancements in the dashboard and app layout to reflect the same colors of ENBD logo. Otherwise everything is perfect.

This is a horrible app.

The app isn’t easy to play with. Plus it doesn’t have the function that the old app had.
I am trying to transfer my money from all the accounts that I have and I keep getting the message saying “Error” the account selected is not eligible for this transaction. Please visit the nearest branch. or Failure We had a problem while processing your request. The account selected is not eligible for this transition. Please visit the nearest branch. I went to the beach nome of the staff knew what was happening. The only thing the were saying was sorry. I called the call center, same story the don’t know what is happening. It’s more than one week. I can’t even pay my credit card. Tomorrow is my birthday and I cannot even go for a trip because I am scared of not being able to use my debit card. The funny thing is how a bank in the U.A.E that says this is the city of the future cannot even solve a small app issue?
That’s why so many people are changing for other banks and I will make sure to share what’s happening to me, to make sure so other people don’t get the same stress. Plus I keep getting messages saying my problem has being solved which it wasn’t. I was waiting for them to call me back. But I didn’t get any call from the with any solution. It’s very disrespectful and unprofessional with the clients not being able to even transfer or do anything with their money.

I cannot use my credit card. This issue started when I updated this mobile app NBD X (actually I mean downgraded as this app is a total crap). Before there was an option to increase or decrease credit limit for “credit cards” but this option cannot be found in this new app. Now, I cannot use my card to purchase more than 50 AED as I set my monthly limit on the old app for 50 AED (I did set that as I am confident that I can change it anytime). I tried reaching out to customer service thru phone but every time I contact them I need to wait more than 30 mins (is this acceptable?). I tired also sending message thru this garbage app, but I cannot send message (what to expect). Before forcing people to download this app, make sure that it SHOULD be better than the old one. But this? I honestly regret that I did click the button to download. Please remember that this is a mobile application for bank, not for games. I want the old app back!
