If you are a new ADCB Mobile App user or if you are using the app on a new device, register with the following steps:
- Download and launch the ADCB Mobile App
- When prompted, enter your ADCB Credit Card/Debit Card Number and PIN; enter the activation key that is sent to your registered mobile number
- Alternatively, you can enter your ADCB Customer ID and activation key which you can obtain through our Personal Internet Banking or the 24/7 Contact Centre
If you are an existing user, you will be prompted to enter your existing ADCB Mobile App password for authentication and biometric re-enrollment (handset dependent).
This release facilitates bill payments with ADCB TouchPoints and payments of Empower bills, along with other minor bug fixes.

Still a slow & sluggish app
Another update but once again no speed improvement and now includes some new functionality & design features that HAVE NOT been thought out properly!
New functionality is the Card Control settings. Very good!
However, the poorly thought out design is that the Card Control feature seems to always be open by default, with the first option within those settings to be “Temporary Block”.
When going to close the Card Control area the close button is right above the “Temporary Block” toggle which is annoying to accidentally invoke a “temporary block” each time you close the Card Control options.
Still no inclusion of the Touchpoints Account.
Im sure some effort has gone into trying to speed up this app, but it is still frustratingly slow, and sluggish.
UNABLE to use the “TouchPoints” account for payments just adds more frustration and dissatisfaction.
I’ll wait for one more incremental upgrade and if the speed issues and Touchpoints are not addressed, then its time to move to a new Bank. There are significantly better offerings in the market right now!
Even a one star is one too many for this app.

Vague instructions on the new app
Will any one here believe if I say I have got charged 105 AED to transfer just 1200 to Sri Lanka? And this is using the regular method in the ADCB app when adding a beneficiary where also it says no additional charges and the other option is express money and that’s clear with the charges mentioned, and I also I have got charged in my account in Sri Lanka and this is all using the regular method where it says no additional charges, I don’t why why they make us so confused and waste our time to spend talking with the customer care. This 105 aed is something that I can do 4 times transfer through a ordinary money exchange in town. Team! This is very unfair. And ddnt get a sms too for that 105 aed regular transfer method. The previous version was much much better, so smooth and convenient
New app upgrade is really bad
The new app upgrade is really bad and not user friendly. The older version was the best and there was no issues with it. Don’t know why you would change a perfect app into a complicated one. Using the old app was so convenient and at a touch you could perform all your actions. Now am avoiding using the app because it’s complicated to navigate and you have to drill down into options to find what you want. Previously on the main page I would find everything I needed. But now you have to keep drilling down and you have a lot of drop downs until you actually reach what you want. Not user friendly at all. I used to be proud of ADCB app before compared to other banks complicated apps. But not anymore.
