I see a lot of people writing 1 star reviews and while i understand their frustration but i still don’t think its fair because most of them are technical issues related to customer service experiences and it doesn’t deserve 1 star reviews here because you provide your feedback here about your experience within the app and the services you use this app for and if those services meet your expectations, now about my experience with this app and their banking, so far its been amazing and i love it, so much so that MBank is now my primary banking application, the only thing i miss is the dark mode, and i would love it if they add dark mode because i have seen dark mode in other banking apps for example dark mode in Al Hilal is the best and it looks so good and pristine and clear, i hope Mbank brings it sooner.

Cant open current account thru application

I tried multiple times to open a current account using the MBank UAE mobile application, but unfortunately, the process would not proceed even after entering all the required details correctly. Despite several attempts, I kept encountering the same issue, making it extremely difficult to complete the account opening online. The process has been very frustrating and inconvenient.Do I really need to visit a branch just to open an account? The app experience has made it nearly impossible to do it digitally, which defeats the purpose of offering an online option. I hope this can be looked into and improved for a better customer experience.

Debit card 💳 and slow respond

Worse online banking I’ve ever see slow in response fall to check email wen u send what they ask u to send I can’t pay anything online due to no debit cards issued on my phone they ask me to send emirate id back and front I send nothing is been done about it wen I call again they ask me to send I send and I call and why it not working yet they ask me to and ask them how many time I mine going to send my id and they told me ok I will check now and upload to our system till nothing if I call them they pick all we are busy and ask for my money they ask me to come head office in Abu Dhabi and 100 will be taken for account closing. Account u don’t all me to use I will pay money again to get my money and close account really?! I will not advise anyone to open accounts with this bank if u want to keep calling everyday why it my debit cards not yet approved then u can open this bank

I’m really disappointed that out of all the listed customer service channels, only calling channel is functional…and it’s not toll free. My ATM card was locked without any reason or notification. What’s the use of OTP then? I understand that you guys are trying to protect your customers from fraudulent activities but that causes more harm because I can’t make withdrawals or do anything with the ATM even when I have money in my bank account. That’s incredible!! Furthermore, no other means to contact the bank except by calling (not toll free). Please improve on this.
