To the concerned, i have been using Payit for almost 1 year + as of now and through the whole time i have faced lots of problems where i couldn’t add money for urgent basis to transfer, i think you said to make it easy for your customers but its the vice versa. Currently with international remittance i sent email, i called your customer service number 3 days consecutively and am getting different stories from you customer service agents . Its been almost a week now i cannot transfer money and its really urgent when i call i will stay online for 5-10 minutes no response, and when picked up first i gt a different message and on another day i was told to wait until 2nd September for my problem to be solved, what for until 2nd september??? Lemme say this your service is so poor, freakin poor and the way it goes u wont be there for long. I will never recommend it to any person such a wastage of time and lack of poor customer service.

I’m user of this app since 2021 and i faced similar problems of the other users. I top up from my debit card last November 28, 2023 its already debited to my bank account but was not credited to my pay it wallet. i called the customer service for both Pay it and my bank account . They told me that the amount will return to my account but till now i still did’nt received it . The problem also if i call them to follow up my concern , they will ask again and again the same questions and give me advise same as the other agent that i talked with. They don’t have a ticket number for complaints. I hope you will return the money to my account as early because we have the bills to pay.
The worst app with customer service

I have been trying to access the app since 2 weeks. They customer service don’t respond to emails and no assistance over the phone. It did not allow me to use the app since my number was linked to ky old phone. I was not assisted since one of the security question was the last transaction date and amount I did in 2017. The agent could have asked my another question but she was reluctant and did not assist. I even asked to have the supervisor online but as per the agent supervisors don’t work after 5pm. They asked me to contact FAB since Payit is powered by FAB bank and am a staff. (I don’t understand why Payit has customer service if they can’t assist on phone as well as on email). I took their help in getting my number delinked from my older phone and reactivate my account by sharing my valid and attested Emirates ID copy with them. Now the app is asking me scan my emirates id again since it’s expired as per their record, and when the app scans my FACE, it crashs every time. I had to reinstall the app a zillion times and it does not seem to work. I had a voucher to redeem and I could not. I have now uninstalled the app and will never download it again.

It’s the worst service I had ever seen

I top up my account with 10,000 aed and done international transfer . Then I tried the same on the next day. Then it’s showing the message that monthly limit exceeded for the transaction. My amount of 5000 aed is blocked in the payit account. The strange thing is customer care doesn’t have any idea of the monthly transaction limit. When I contacted one guy told that there is no monthly limit there is only daily limit that is aed25,000 and the international transfer only will be counted for that which means domestic transfers will not consider. Then again when I contacted another one was telling Payit is facing some software issues , they are trying to resolve . Then again I contacted I got the reply that whatever the transactions which I am doing it will be calculated for the monthly transaction limit of aed 25,000 and they raised the complaint to give back my money and I have to wait for 48 hours which customer care doesn’t have any idea how they will give back money to me . I became crazy and decided to quit the app once I receive back my money. So please double check and proceed. Totally disappointed.
