Bad bad service

I was surprised in Abu Dhabi such a bad bank service there app don’t work there customer service don’t seems to wanna help at all.
I visited the bank and found very bad service and staff knowledge.
If it was not for the housing loan I wouldn’t have dealt with them but I have no other choice.

It doesnt work on my iphone, crashes when opening. I tried it on my work phone (atex- non camera) it work but it asks to scan my id. That phone doesnt even have camera 😂

It doesn’t even open

Tried few times to download it and delete it but no luck.
