Feedback

Keeps giving me wrong password even though my password is correct. Also the fact that the finger print only works if u have logged in within 2 weeks is very frustrating; other bank applications don’t have that and this makes it a lot easier to use. You should have a live chat or email contact for support. Currently the only way to seek customer service support is through phone call which is very archaic is this age and very expensive when you are out of country!!

Faulty app limited features

The app is better than the earlier version. But still lags behind other banks applications. The Face id gets deactivated every 2 weeks.

I have a brokerage account and I can only see the portfolio but can’t buy or sell using the app and have to login to the browser to execute a trade. The account gets updated at 2 pm UAE time for the US market closing at midnight previous day. That is very slow and some times the prices shown are not accurate compared to the actual closing prices.

When I started the brokerage account I had a relationship officer who left Citibank a week later. This was in 2015, since then I haven’t been assigned a relationship manager. There are better platforms now available with better pricing and Citibank has to improve else risk losing customers.

I can not see my actual expenses

On the home page, current month's spent money shows subtracted from previous months bill payment, which is never required. It should rather show cash spent for the month cycle: tapping further must bifurcate cash spent (approved) and cash spend pending amount. Payment Of the previous month pending should be shown separately. This will make logic to use the app, otherwise traditional method to calculate cash spent will continue which is by using the calculator.
