Worst bank ever

The worst bank you could ever deal with, very weak operation, you call them you dont get anything useful, they block your transaction when it didn’t go through for 14 days for no reason and no clear clarification, you receive money from outside they make all the complications to not get your money as soon as possible, you send a complaint they reply we appreciate and all this bla bla free talking and we will get back to you in 1 to 4 working day then you dont hear from them again

ID upload not working.

When I revive SMS that we can do ID upload through Citi app it’s make me happy. But when I try to do ID upload. Really worst. Because after I attach ID I don’t see option to submit . It’s keep says upload and when I press that option it will go to my gallery only. Really your developer need a good change. They have to improve when they make this kind of app.
