Keeps giving me wrong password even though my password is correct. Also the fact that the finger print only works if u have logged in within 2 weeks is very frustrating; other bank applications don’t have that and this makes it a lot easier to use. You should have a live chat or email contact for support. Currently the only way to seek customer service support is through phone call which is very archaic is this age and very expensive when you are out of country!!
Unable to login after 15 days inactive session
I’m login to CitiUAE mobile app after 15 days . The login got failed with reason that I need to reregister for finger scan as I have not logged in in last 15 days. I was trying to login with the password, however it is not allowing me to login. Last time I deleted the app and installed again. After entering user id and password I was able to login again.
Now I think I have to repeat the same steps again.
Very poor customer Journey or app should at least provide option log off and login again so that I don’t need to delete the app every time
Trouble logging in
The app used to work so well, until last month, I suddenly could not log in due to “incorrect password”. So I changed my password so i could open the app. Today, i could not log in again since the app could not recognize my credentials!!! i know my password is correct coz i was able to open my app 2 days ago. and this time it’s not allowing me to change passwords, i would have to call customer service which is a lot of a hassle really!
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
