I’ve using the app in daily basis its very useful to send and receive the money instantly i have some comments in regards of the below:-
Why the number of beneficiaries its limited only 3 per day its very strange if your aim for security we already launched the smart pass which seems a strong lair of security
Why each amendment needs 24 hours to approve which caused daily of our financial operations with consider the OPT and no fraudsters can stole the account easily
Extend the number of approved/verified devices to facilitate the transaction while the customers using deferent mobile phone.
While adding the beneficiaries needs little information instead of the extra information not require with respect your procedure comparing with the other banks steps

Wrong Bank Destination
I have made my very first online bank transfer using the mobile app under the direct remit services. After I made the transaction, I received a congratulatory note for successful transaction to which I checked the details e.g. beneficiary name, account no. and Bank Name which were all correct and it mentions I will receive further final confirmation through email for successful transfer. When I finally received an email, the Recepient Bank Name mention in the Transfer e-advice is wrong and different. Im am very disappointed since this has caused the money not being received by the correct recipient bank, ultimately to my family. Now, I have sought the help of a bank agent and have informed me that the issue may get resolved in 5 days which is quite long considering the money is urgently required. This a very big inconvenience and I hope this will not happen again.
