The slowest ever.
This’s app is ridiculously slow. I get the loading keep rolling and never works. Today am stuck the whole day trying to login it never works. I deleted the app and download it again still not working. It turns my mood completely that I can’t access to my bank account details or make any transfers. You must work on his as the other banking apps it work immediately once I try to login. Never faced this issue except with this app. Hope you are taking care of the reviews. Thank you.
Wrong Bank Destination
I have made my very first online bank transfer using the mobile app under the direct remit services. After I made the transaction, I received a congratulatory note for successful transaction to which I checked the details e.g. beneficiary name, account no. and Bank Name which were all correct and it mentions I will receive further final confirmation through email for successful transfer. When I finally received an email, the Recepient Bank Name mention in the Transfer e-advice is wrong and different. Im am very disappointed since this has caused the money not being received by the correct recipient bank, ultimately to my family. Now, I have sought the help of a bank agent and have informed me that the issue may get resolved in 5 days which is quite long considering the money is urgently required. This a very big inconvenience and I hope this will not happen again.
Emirate NBD online banking and call center
Emirates NBD has very poor online banking system and call center.
For call center an answer machine will reply (Eva) she can’t understand half of our requests, and after trying to explain for more than 20 to 30 minutes, the call will be forward to a call center staff who will never answer the call!!!!
For online banking I selected my user ID and password, when I tried to logging aging it wasn’t working after lot of struggle I fixed everything thing and finally when I can access my account, online banking toon me to smartpass!!! This smartpass sent me 5 digits password, to my email which I haven’t received it!!! And again log me out of my online banking!!!
This is my first month using Emirates NBD card, but I am sure I will bay all my outstanding balance and cancel the card.
