Missing functionalities

- Manage beneficiaries for money transfer function is missed, should be available to delete or hide for some people have passed away.

- The same for pay bills. Why should I keep seeing my old Etisalat or/and DEWA accounts after 2 years of closing these accounts?There is no way to hid or delete!

- Payment cash on card installment always displaying the minimum amount to be paid even if you had defaulted the payment method as full amount (as if the bank is waiting for the customer to fall in this mistake to be penalized)

Never use express transfer with this bank

I already faced twice a problem about express transfer with this bank and I don’t know how many more will come. I transferred a money thru express transfer in Dib mobile app and they deducted the amount in my account. I waited for the amount to reflect in the beneficiary bank but unfortunately the amount was not received. I called the bank and explained about the issue and explained also that there’s no SMS confirmation that the amount was paid to the beneficiary bank which is I am receiving usually everytime I’m doing the transfer and I complained that the process was taking so longggg. For now it is already 1 month and the amount was still not received. It’s just funny how DIB is handling this kind of issue which really affect the trust and integrity of the bank. They do not even care even when you complained in the app or what. I am the one who keep on calling or keep on sending emails just to get an update about this matter. It’s really frustrating that until now they are not doing anything to settle this matter. I promise that once this issue will be settled I will change bank and will never use this bank ever again

Worst Customer Service I have ever faced

My request was very simple!! Statement of Account!! That’s it!! I have visited one of your DIB branches (Al Barsha Mall), I was advised that I can’t get what I need from the bank itself and I need to communicate with the customer service thru phone! It seems weird to me but I did the same, then after waiting for more than 6 hrs I was finally able to speak with a human being not a recorded sound! And unfortunately he couldn’t do my request and he asked me to download the lovely DIB application to get my request done! I still did the same and downloaded the application, but I have a question (What if I don’t have a smart phone or I’m not able to download the application for any reason?! Is this a must),
Anyhow I downloaded the app and I started signing In, and after answering a bunch of questions and wasting my time I received a message that the DIB mobile access has been disabled (with no valid reason) all the steps were right!! Now I’m supposed to call them again and wait for more 6 hours to speak to someone! RIDICULOUS and unprofessional..
