Xbox connection
When I try to connect my Xbox to Alexa the app gives me a message saying I need to update to the latest version even though the Apple Store shows no update. I tried deleting the app and redownloading it but it’s still the same.
Need alot of enhancements
I’m using Echo. This app needs alot of enhancements in terms of stability to make app performing more smoothly. When I press on communication icon of the app it will completely transfer me to my current user profile and ask me to whether I like to add new user (definitely No) so I need to crash down / close the app completely to go back to the main page. Playing music through third party app like anghami or Itunes is not so friendly experience I need to explain to Alexa which play list I want to play, later on Alexa app doesn’t synchronize the track list name, sometimes can’t play recent song played yesterday for example. It would be great if you develop with third party app to allow Alexa have more accessibility to brows and play music or allow Siri to access to Eco .
It’s ok but needs more work
It is a good robot I have to say but, it says when I want to play something on Apple Music it says “I’m having trouble playing that. Please try again.” Please fix this and also sometimes when I say to play something on REPEAT, sometimes it plays the playlist but not on REPEAT. Please fix all of these issues/problems 😭😭😭🥺🥺 if you fix this for Alexa/echo show it will be fantastic. Thank you for cooperation.
