Unprofessional and not satisfactory service

I have a Mac book pro and I had a problem with the screen and start up. I had it to an apple retail store and they replaced the hard drive.
I had to buy a new one cause I needed it urgently to work on a master I was doing.
I bough Mac book pro from an apple store and one year later I have the same problem.
I called apple store after trying to trouble shoot it and all what they did they walk me through the steps that I already went through and then simply telling me “well we don’t know what’s happening and we can’t help you, let’s schedule an appointment?”
The appointment was few days later and I had to live these days without the MacBook.
I got my MacBook to an apple store and they told me they don’t know what’s the issue?!!! And they reinstalled macOS and returned the computer.
Two month later I had the same problem and I have to go over the same lengthy process again, call the support, take an appointment and wait.
I am not sure what’s happening, same problem happened three times (once with Tess than three years device and twice with less than one year device)
Hours and hours lost trying to trouble shoot and their support basically is not any different than what you can find online.
I have to wait again for an appointment days later for a recurrent same problem”
