Can’t track original shipment number

The previous version of the application gave details of the original shipment number of packages coming through shop and ship. The new version removed this crucial detail. Please return it! It’s very important to provide all the details of any shipment as you may know very well

Utterly disappointing

I cant express how disappointed and dissatisfied I am. It’s been about a month and I still haven't received my package. This type of attitude is absolutely ridiculous. I am a man with good patience and I am telling you that this has gotten over my nerves. Each time I mail someone about this package, the only thing i get back is a sorry, and never my package. To track the package there is an ARAMEX app but that app has 1.8/5 rating and that shows the standard of the service provided. The app is never working as anticipated, it is filled with false information and the package never arrives on the date set in the app nor does it reach the locker.

This childish behavior of telling the package is going to arrive but it does not is totally unacceptable. If ARAMEX is having problem in shipping or delivering the package, it is totally fine but the customer has the right to know, and the delay should be informed before the specified delivery date.

Knowing that ARAMEX is such a massive company yet does not have a proper customer service on phone or chat is just frustrating.

While competitors like DHL give notice of any potential delays weeks before the delivery date, ARAMEX does not even tell the reason for the delay nor the longevity of it.

I hope you have understood my problem and will help me get my package at the earliest.


Worst service & App ever !

You guys!! Are not reachable anyways!! Either through app or any other platform. This application is useless because you’re cheating your clients by posting lies on their shipment details section that you can manage whenever you want by deleting or updating those messages to confuse them and cover your mistakes . You better improve your services because the ratings you receive are shameful. And consumer authorities should definitely take an action against you!! You should work on your customer service by taking actions and not only words . This Aramex app make me think several times before ordering anything online as the first thing comes to my mind is ‘I don’t want to spend my precious time holding the phone to track my shipment or listen to your jokes’
