emirates post service became worse than before. Feels like they don’t care about customers at all, I suppose to receive my parcel in 7-10 days, it took 22 days, and in the system was showing that it arrived, but no calls no messages, I was waiting very long. Even though you paid for free delivery, it’s still charge u 40 drh. I’m waiting for another parcel, they call me once i was at work couldn’t pick up. Why we cannot schedule the timing of our parcel? U always come when I’m at work, even though I asked many times to bring morning times

Amazing Experience with this new app and website, specially that I found that they have uae pass. I ordered something online and found it linked to my account when I logged in using UAE PASS.
