I receive many shipments from Japan via Emirates Post and this app populates all active packages, lists any customs fees, and makes it ridiculously easy to schedule delivery or pickup from the app or their genuinely functional WhatsApp bot. The app also makes it easy to find contact information to call should need be—and the service agents are patient, professional, and knowledgeable. Even the delivery person for my neighborhood knows me and communicates clearly about deliveries. Emirates Post app is more than an app—it’s a system that allows us to ship and receive materials and communications with confidence and without having to go to the actual post office.

The brain behind the planning of the structure ot this app, its link to WhatsApp and sequencing ot questions is a genius! What a total elevation of quality planning and reduced waiting time, it is intelligently planned.

You have kept my ready EID since 20th March and never contacted me everthough you had a number and later you were using same number for the delivery. It took me 2 weeks to call, free zone where my visa is, Tamm App and finally ICP to find out it’s in your hands. Finally I called and found it it would be delivered within 4 days!! Why so long since you hold it already! Also I wanted to schedule the delivery online and there was an error comming up. Finally it was organised to be delivered on 5th April and when I was waiting for it I got a link where again I had to put the address and schedule delivery for the next day. I additionally paid 5 aed for this service but really I should have received any update from you two weeks ago already. Bad service.
