I'm a tenant and I attempted to renew my ejari using this app. Once my request got approved, I could not find how to pay for it. Also it did not appear in "Ejari requests", it was under "my account". Res support team replied to my emails and calls however they did not finish solving the issue. After their attempts I dont even see my approved request under "my account". I had big hopes for this app since I prefer remote services than going to the Authorities and printing pages... But I'm quite disappointed that this app is still lacking a lot of functions and it could be user-friendlier

Something that should have taken 5 minutes max had wasted 2 hours of my time and STILL doesn’t work. Registration should be easy through UAE pass except that doesn’t work. Finally registered with my emirates ID after entering 2 OTPs to verify. However that was not enough security and I’m asked to verify my email. However when I do that I get a network error over and over. Although the DLD website talks about “get help now through our chat” there is no actual chat function. I did find an email to “raise a request” and got an autoreply that I will hear back within 5 working days. Before building an airport 5 times the current size of the existing airport. I’d fix an app with a low rating and far more negative reviews than positive.

I jointly own a property, every time I cancel a contract A, it automatically goes into pending cancellation on both the phones, as a result we cannot cancel the contract. It is highly frustrating, as this issue has been there since 2 years and over, I even wrote an email to the technical department but sadly no reply or no action has been taken for the same. Kindly rectify the problem!
