The TAMM application is a one-stop platform providing direct access to all services the Abu Dhabi Government provides. Abu Dhabi citizens, residents, businesses and visitors can apply for services online, interact with their customer service and track the status of the application.
The app provides direct access to a wide range of services, including, but not limited to:
- Payment of utility bills, traffic fines, Mawaqif parking and toll-gates
- Medical appointments and treatments
- Housing and property
- Citizenship and residency
- Work and employment
- Investments, business opportunities and licenses
- Entertainment and events
These services are provided by government entities like Abu Dhabi Police, Abu Dhabi Municipality, ADDC, AADC, Abu Dhabi Ports, Department of Economic Development, Department of Education and Knowledge, Department of Health, Human Resources Authority and more.
The TAMM application is part of the government’s vision to facilitate the lives and prosperity of its customers and improve the economic environment for businesses via unified access points.
* To access and benefit from the applications features, users need to have a UAE PASS / SmartPass account or register through the application.

I’m usingTamm regularly for all my payments and services I love the new design but I hope we get more options for not only government things but also some Other daily use things in Abu Dhabi like event tickets or store purchase

Incompetent team
I submitted my case regarding DOH license exam and they took more than 8 weeks wherever while submitting the application only 1 week time was given. I requested to remove my old documents from Tamm app but after wasting 3 weeks time they close the case without resolving the issue. DOH license team is incompetent. They don’t bother to attend your call , don’t bother to resolve your case. They don’t bother how much your time is being wasted. They don’t allow you to visit their office . After call and call on daily basis and requested several times they never call back untill I file complaint against DOH. Tamm app and DOH team both wasted time and played with my issues like football from one court to another but couldn’t resolve the case. Worst experience ever have. Never recommended
Extremely incompetent workers
TAMM App and online is a Super incompetent service. Agents only knows how to close cases without properly resolving issues.
They don’t know how to troubleshoot. Doesn’t even know how to give proper instruction. Please hire competent people behind this app or other online services. Including those who answers call. Are they even tech support? They don’t even look at the case nor tell you how the process works. I mean, seriously. How did you hire these people? Entities lacks proper coordination especially when it comes to tech issue or errors. They will just keeps passing you from one to another as if you are a ball, until you waste money and time. Thanks
