2. Civil Defense (Institutions Licensing, Trading Companies Licensing, Drawings Approvals, Prevention and Safety Procedures for Vehicles and Awareness and Training Services)
3. Police Headquarters (Criminal Status, E-Police in Your Mobile, Home Security and Prisoners Visit)
* The application provides much more miscellaneous smart services such as the Passport Renewal service.
In addition to the smart services, the application provides many smart features such as the nearest service center location as well as a ticketing service to book your appointments before heading to service centers. It also provides news and information about the Ministry of Interior of United Arab Emirates.

Change number with emirates Id

Need to have an option to change the number linked with emirates ID or MOI or Abu Dhabi police account. To renew my vehicle registration I was suffering as the number linked with my Abu Dhabi police account was not active also the OTP to activate the account of MOI or AD police the OTP was directly going to inactive number. Finally it got cleared by creating a new login through smart pass .

برنامج سيء جدا منذ اكثر من اربع سنوات وهو بنفس المشاكل ، البرنامج لا غير مناسب لجهاز الايفون الحجم الكبير وعند الضغط على بعض الخيارات في اطراف الشاشة فيبدا البرنامج بعدم تنفيذ الاختيار علما بانه حاولت التواصل مع خدمة العملاء لشرح نشاكل البرنامج ولكن دون جدوىA very bad app for more than four years and it has the many functionality issues. The app is not suitable for a large size of iPhone. When I click on some options at the edges of the screen, the app doesn’t apply the choice, on the other hand, I tried to contact customer service several times to explain the problems and issues with the app, but there’s no chance to change it
