Since November sales and Black Friday is On, I had at least 10 shipments this month. Application went crazy, with location of my shipments, even live agent in pick up center made adjustment, and still one location in app, another in emails and no SMS at all, but Luckily my name came on the list to a deliver guy who goes an extra mile for client and Aramex. He called, since he remembered me through deliveries to double confirm if I want a delivery today or I wish to pick up, since there are 2 shipments, one pick up, and one delivery in system. Thank you for noticing and taking attention, thank you for taking time to call and thank you for making smart a conclusions and making my day-life easier. I have placed an order online 8 days ago the company I order from promised same day delivery so I proceeded with the payment and they actually gave the pakage to Aramex the same day, great service so far from them but when it comes to Aramex come on we all know the renowned reputation of Aramex for delivery packages at the speed of a snail, despite the pakage was given to Aramex on time they have failed to deliver it after 8 days of waiting trying to find out how I can get my delivery all I could do was wasting hours trying and every time I tried I was faced with a bot who repeated the same phrases over and over again, I even ask the delivery persons who were on the streets to deliver someone else package that if there is a way I can get some support from Aramex who was a human but no luck they told me they don’t have any access to track the package either. Well at last I tried to cancel the order but the company I from which I ordered their policy does not allow them to cancel it so my money and package is no where to be found. What a hideous thing to face and waste of time it is. I sent them emails but no reply I don’t know what can I do more. At last I want to thank Aramex for being so good at ruining someone’s time and money.

I have never seen worse customer service than Aramex! You cannot reach anyone to explain your issue, the toll free number sends you to the WhatsApp virtual help who in its turn is totally useless when you have an issue because it is a computer who keeps repeating like s partit the same limited options it is capable of offering! When you send an official complain the customer service agent closes it immediately and opens a new one with another agent under a different reference, they do not ask you what your problem is nor do they bother to hear from you, as long as it shows in the system that they did their job. The drivers do not care, they do not call you, they promise to deliver a certain day/ time but do not show up, when you try calling your assigned driver on the app, the phone does not even ring, it immediately gets disconnected, adding to your frustration …and in order not to do door to door deliveries all parcels are simply thrown without your consent or approval in the warehouse where you need to pay extra transportation money to go pick up your package!!! Meanwhile, no one cares to hear you or resolve your customer issues. Utterly disappointed with your services.
