Locate the nearest scooter in the app, scan the QR code to unlock and start riding
End ride and pay online

One of the worst user experiences
The app got slower and slower with the latest releases. It takes a lot of time to start and end rides.
It now pops up the same screens with useless offers over and over when I open it and it’s really annoying, including one asking me to update the app even though I have the latest version.
Yesterday the app got stuck in the flap screen and I couldn’t finish the ride, and the app consumed all my credits and they even tried to charge me extra since the ride wasn’t finished. After this I will no longer use it.
Good luck to anyone paying for this horrible service.
Worst scooter app
It was New Year’s Eve on kite beach and most of the scooters were rented so we decided to try out the is new app, it said 20dhs of your first ride, there was a support guy from the app and he said it’s same charges as the other app, 3dhs to unlock and 1 dhs per minute, we downloaded the apps and started our rides, 13 minute ride is suppose to charge 13dhs+3dhs, so total 16dhs, it charged 28dhs, what follows is even worst, you WhatsApp their customer support with the issue, instead of answering they block you
Worst service and cheating people
I rented a bike and it was working fine. Suddenly the bike stopped and I had to push the bike to the designated area which was almost 5 kms away from Wer the bike stopped.
For pushing the bike so far in d heat I was again charged for the rental.
I tried messaging and calling the support number in the app. Phone is switched off and no one responds to WhatsApp messages.
People don’t be cheated with these scammers.
