I’ve been using EmCan since its launch, and it has truly enhanced my experience at Emarat service stations. The app is easy to use, and earning EmCoins on fuel, Café Arabicca, Bakeria, and car washes is seamless. Points are credited instantly, and redeeming them for discounts makes every visit more rewarding. The station locator is also handy, making it easy to find the nearest Emarat with the services I need. Overall, EmCan is a fantastic loyalty program that adds real value—highly recommended!
Horrible staff and worst service

Very unorganized traffic management at the station, with a car parked next to no parking sign blocking traffic movement, when I asked the staff to manage the Que no one bothered to answer and when I asked for the manager The staff named Aslam says he is inside and go and complain inside. He did not bother to call him and was extremely rude. When I asked him his name he said what will you go, go and do whatever u want and was extremely rude. Extremely strange how such dissatisfaction staff are allowed to work and serve customers. He is extremely bad to Emarat and a shame on customer service attitude. I parked my car and went looking for the manager and asked him the office number he too was not bothered and just showed me his card and said to complain on the app. You guys definately need to train your staff in behavior and service skills. Aslam was the worst I have encountered in my 25 years in the UAE. This was the gas station near abu hail with the kfc outlet, the traffic was not at kfc but wrong parked cars near the service station and gas pump.

Amazing App

The app is very useful. Can reward money back which is not available among other competitors. Every time to fill petrol or purchase any product/ service from Emarat I can get points that can be redeemed to cash back. Strongly recommended for everyone 👍👌
