Unsmooth transition

Carrefour MyClub prog used to be easy, get the card, show the card !!! That was it. Then came so many changes that the card was no longer needed and we had to download the app. I did then had to fumble thru my pix to find the myclub card pic to see what the number was.
Then we were told to “upgrade” to the “share” program. Looked it up on Samsung, so many “Share” apps to choose from. Another call and a hold and more choices but none worked then it turned out my phone is “too old” to upgrade the app. I went on my iPhone and finally founf the app and downloaded it!!! But no merging of the two. My points on MyClub were zeroed when I chose to redeem.
No interface and no transition between the 2 apps !!!! No choice within either to upgrade or to merge. They are separate entities !!!!

Very disappointed

It’s really bad experience with this Share Reward App , I had one invoice submitted at January 4th , and on 5th I couldn’t check the transaction in the App , so I submitted another time , after long 10 days waiting, they rejected both of my submitted transactions and give me reasons duplicated which is not fair for me ! And then I send emails , and they mentioned the name is not matching and ask me more payslip , then I offered all the payslips and also explained the reasons for the invoice name , in the end I just received emails say will get back to me shortly. however , 1 month past , I didn’t get any update and I called every week to check with them , and the staff just told me to wait , may I know till when am gonna waiting? And I send emails to them no one reply my email. And till now not only that transaction I didn’t get my points, the other invoice I submitted also didn’t get any points ! I really couldn’t understand why this will happen with such big company group ? One transaction needs more than one month to process ?
It’s really break my heart with this so disappointed experience

The “Share” people cannot add carrefour points!!!!!!!!

I had a bad experience with this new “share” as in my last shopping at carrefour the cashier didn’t accept my club card and said that it’s deactivated! Then what do we do now?! She replied you should have the “Share app” I told her I haven’t downloaded it yet, her reply was “you can download it later and scan the receipt and the points will automatically be added to your account” and that’s what I did to get a notification two days later saying action “declined”. I called the call center telling them about this case and again to be informed that the share people can’t add any points for carrefour and the only solution is that we should get all the items we bought to carrefour to scan them again and then add their points again on “share”, how insane and nonsense is this?!! How am I going to get the milk and other edible stuff that we have already consumed and take back for scanning!!!!!! Very bad experience...
