Was at alwadha mall branch and their ambiance and food were great. Their caramel cappuccino was perfect for me. My daughter loved their strawberry tart and chocolate eclair. We ordered the banana bread with vanilla cream for dessert and thought they’re gonna serve it with vanilla icecream (which is my daughter’s fave). It took awhile before they served it. We were surprised when it was served though coz we thought the banana bread would come with vanilla icecream. It came with vanilla cream only. My daughter was sad for awhile but told her it was not their fault. Next time we will be more careful in ordering though.

After going 86 times to Paul branches in Dubai and being their loyal customer, they gave me a black member gift card which was mentioned for up to four meals and should not exceed 500AED. I invited 2 friends and after having 3 meals ( including appetizers and Desserts ) which was came to a total of something around 400 AED, they said I need to pay for the appetizer, Drinks and Deserts at about 200 AED. I found it very disrespectful and it made me so sad. They didn’t mention anything about it on the card. I asked the manager about it and he said it comes from the software and they cannot do anything about it.
I wish you had never given me this card to make such a bad memory for me and my friends. This is not about money, this is about how bad your treat your customers in such cases.

I went for my birthday cake and I ordered vegan pasta meatballs. The pasta is so delicious and a perfect combination with the bread😍. The cake really taste good because the sweetness is also perfect. The staff service is so awesome especially Mark, Julie, Jackie and Jennifer. I really admire their dedication and hard work and they are very approachable and kind. I will surely come back with family friends and I will surely recommend Paul to my family and friends. Thank you very much for the awesome food and great service.😍☺️😘🥰
