No food delivered after waiting for almost 2 hrs!!!

It’s been a regular problem with Smiles App but I still believed in giving them a chance but after today’s experience I believe at least from both of my accounts no order will ever be placed on Smiles.
After placing an order with Subway through Smiles, we were happily waiting for the subs which didn’t turn up for an hour so I called Subway and checked. They informed that the delivery is to be arranged by Smiles after which I had a chat with Smiles representative and they arranged a call back from complaints team on which I was told that the delivery was suppose to be done by Subway. I mean how confusing it sounds is how confusing it was when I heard this from the Smiles rep. After which I called Subway again and the same thing of delivery was informed.
My advise to both Smiles and Subway is to have a clear communication amongst you both because in the end the customer who is waiting for a meal is impacted due to the negligence and irresponsibility. If there was any confusion regarding the delivery, it should have been informed rather than making customer like me call back and then getting to know about the whole messed up situation which eventually got cancelled after waiting for 2 hours. No compensation can overcome hunger at that moment of time.

Disappointing Food Delivery experience with Smile App.

I recently had a bad experience with Smile App Food Delivery options, and unfortunately, the key issue, was the recently the App seemed to add more restaurants with similar names to the one I’m always ordering, and unfortunately the new restaurant is in an industrial area (ICAD Labor Camps). Normally I would never order from it because of the quality of the food. The App is showing those restaurants at the top of the search compared to similar restaurants in my resident area. Of course, after I noticed the mistake when I received the order and it was in horrible condition and ended up in the garbage I login complaint with customer service and after they contacted me and promised to resolve my issue I received a text that my complaint is closed (no resolution done that I’m aware of).

In summary, the Smile App Food Delivery service has potential, but it needs significant improvements in restaurant quality, customer service responsiveness and resolution, and overall reliability. As a consumer, I expect transparency and consistent quality. Until these issues are addressed, I’ll be exploring other food delivery options.

Remember that everyone’s experience may vary, but these were my personal observations. If you decide to use the food delivery options, I recommend keeping your expectations in check and being prepared for occasional hiccups.

Worst Delivery Service Ever!

Ordered food from this app, restaurant didn’t accept my order so they cancelled my order. So they’ll refund my money back within 5-7 days. The order I didn’t even cancel myself. Ok fine I thought I don’t have choice. But they didn’t refund after 12 days too. When enquire they’re asking me to email my whole personal bank statement to email to them. When I told them it’s not right to ask the customer to share the bank statement instead you share some proof that you send my money back so that I can double check with my bank but they’re saying they’re not allow to do that it seems and they’re expecting clients to do that. This app and people who are running are so so unprofessional.
I’ll be chatting with some customer service and someone will call me from there in the same phone while I’m in the middle of chat. The person on phone cannot solve the problem and the person whom I’m chatting will leave because I’m not responding. This app is crazy. If you don’t want to waste your time better avoid ordering food from this app.
