Since last 2 to 3 days i am facing issue in text chats, receiving messages notification popups coming but not in chat, for that we have to restart the app, same during chat popup notification of text coming but not actual text in chat.I request Gochat team to check please.Thank you

Inconsistent Settings – The app's commands and settings are scattered between the iPhone's system settings and within the app itself, which makes navigation confusing and unintuitive.Difficulty Creating Groups – Even with full access to my contacts, I’m unable to locate some contacts when trying to create a group. This makes the process unnecessarily complicated.Inviting Users to Chat – There's no clear or easy way to invite someone to join a chat, which is a core function of any messaging app.Inability to Remove Channels – Once a channel is created or joined, it appears there is no option to remove or leave it, which limits user control.Archived Content in Chat List – Archived channels and chats still appearing in the main chat list makes things cluttered and defeats the purpose of archiving.Channel vs. Group – There is no clear distinction between a “channel” and a “group,” making it difficult to understand the use case for each.General Usability – There are more points I could raise if time allowed, but overall the app lacks the simplicity and polish seen in other messaging apps like WhatsApp, which could be a good reference.Discover Page Placement – The Discover page feels intrusive and misaligned with the core function of the app. Having it placed in the middle of the chat experience disrupts the user flow.Hope this are fixed soon

However, it would be even more powerful and versatile if it had a screen mirroring option. That feature would make it ideal for presentations, tech support, and sharing content during calls. Hope the GoChat developers consider this suggestion in future updates!

Harassment by scammers - can’t report it

This app is above average. But for whatever reason, I dealt with a lot more scam calls on this app than anywhere else. It’s possible to block the scammers - but there’s no way to report them through this app. Wish the company that owns it could stop or prevent this kind of harassment and/or verbal abuse from criminals/strangers posing as policemen. No idea how they even got my number. Temporarily deleted GoChat on my device.

This app is above average. But for whatever reason, I dealt with a lot more scam calls on this app than anywhere else. It’s possible to block the scammers - but there’s no way to report them through this app. Wish the company that owns it could stop or prevent this kind of harassment and/or verbal abuse from criminals/strangers posing as policemen. No idea how they even got my number. Temporarily deleted GoChat on my device.
