ASOS - Discover Fashion Online 4+

I purchased items from this app, the delivery was wrong they brought 2 left foot shoes I processed the return from Aramex and successfully returned the items same day delivery was done. Until now ASOS is still holding my money with the returned items and no assistance from their virtual customer service desk. Very unprofessional and unreliable app. I will NeVER purchase anything from this app. They purposely make it impossible to call customer service for where own mistakes. They can keep the money I have tried explaining to their team about the issue but they purposely pretend to not understand . Unprofessional unreliable and poor poor customer service

Superb site, quick and very Professional delivery, gives updates to the customer, delivery in the same date they inform, good quality products, same as pictures, great customer care. I never did a refund so I don’t know how they will support on this issue, even I Made lots of orders. With my last order when I purchased 21 products on sale, they dispatched in 3 packs, which was ok for me, but I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t inform me that I should be the one paying the delivery fees to Aramex London, as I live in Dubai. Previously all my orders were not with this payment to APG. I think they should have informed that also these fees should be paid by myself, this I didn’t find it professional. Otherwise? Everything good. I returned few dresses which I never got the money back

I ordered for about 1000 dhs worth, I didn’t recieve my order, my tracking says the shipment is held in customs there is no information from ASOS, I called sky express worldwide who are handleing my parcel, they say I will have to pay customs duty 200 dhs on top to release my shipment, I ordered cloths for my husbands birthday that is day after tomorrow, now the customs clearance will take another 4 working days to clear my shipment, I can not recieve my shipment until I pay for customs, such a bad experience
