- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

Simple and Brilliiant to use for small businesses
I can't stress enough how BIGIN CRM has transformed my day-to-day operations.
The user interface is intuitive and clean. I was able to navigate through the various options effortlessly, making it easier to focus on my work rather than figuring out how to use the software.
The app has a sleek and modern design that streamlines all CRM activities. Everything is where you'd expect it to be, making the entire experience smooth and efficient.
Very good platform for start-ups
Its a brilliant platform, especially for start-ups or SMEs who have small scale operations & don't want to spend too much on bigger platforms like Zoho CRM. Bigin is very well designed, doesn't overwhelm & is easy to setup & use. Has very good features from contact management to lead capturing, making pipelines as per requirement & even doing flow automations, to make few things happen automatically. It also gets integrated with Zoho mail, enabling easy management of emails to customers and Zoho Books, allowing issuing estimates, making invoice, from Bigin itself.
