High fees with little transparency!
I had high hopes for BitOasis, but my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. The verification process was a nightmare – it took weeks for my documents to be approved. Then, when I finally started trading, I noticed that the fees were significantly higher than advertised. Customer support is practically nonexistent. I sent multiple tickets regarding a failed transaction, and all I got were automated responses. The app itself is buggy and crashes at the worst possible moments. To make matters worse, withdrawals take forever to process. It’s frustrating to see so many delays with my own funds, and no one from BitOasis seems to care. I regret using this platform.
Issues
The more I use BitOasis, the more problems I encounter. First, their interface is not user-friendly at all, making it hard to navigate basic features. Second, deposits take ages to process, and I have faced multiple issues with my funds being stuck in 'processing' for far too long. Their customer service is an absolute disaster – they rarely respond in a timely manner, and when they do, their answers are generic and completely unhelpful. The withdrawal system is another nightmare, with transactions taking excessively long to process. The app itself is unstable and frequently crashes, making trading an unpredictable and frustrating experience. I would strongly advise against using this platform.
Fiancée proof
My fiancé has an account on this app, often using either my card or his cards. Recently, I asked him to purchase some coins to increase his coins holdings, but he couldn't complete the transaction. Despite troubleshooting, it still didn't work, so I suggested he contact customer service. When he did, they informed him that his account was blocked due to suspected fraudulent activity. They cited the use of multiple cards as the reason.
Before blocking accounts, shouldn't you verify if a customer is genuine? This is a very poor service! He then spoke with an employee named Lamees, who asked a few questions. He explained that the card belonged to his fiancée (me). Lamees then requested:
1. A bank statement for a transaction on June 11th from my card. Apparently, your employee doesn’t know how to search basic information because him, as a customer, easily found that my transaction was on June 15th, not the 11th. My fiancé used his card on June 11th after checking the app.
2. Proof that I’m his fiancée. Is this a joke?
3. A video call to show my physical card. What kind of excuse is this?
What kind of world are you living in? Your company seems to lack basic financial work ethics. I will share my experience on every social platform because no police officer would ask for such proof to verify a fiancé if the case is not related to that.
