Amazing customer service
I am traveling in two days and I ordered my clothes 3 days ago, I was really worried it wouldnt arrive soon and I wont be able to wear the clothes i ordered for the trip. I contacted there customer service and they helped me to make sure the delivery is faster . My clothes arrived in just three days! I honestly expected them to be later than this. I am so pleased and would definitely use this app again.
Truly Shocking & Shady
The Middle East site leads you to a returns portal that clearly states in capital letters “FREE returns”. They use “sustainability” as an excuse to cut costs, but still make their customers print paper labels, as well as take their return to a post office themselves and then, wait for it, they charge TWO HUNDRED DIRHAMS to return your package!!! Not 10, not 20, not 30 but 200!!! And that’s not all - they also state that once the package is received on the other side, they might deduct further charges for the return. It’s truly unbelievable. Customer service is entirely unhelpful and seems to think that this is a normal thing to be asking of the customer when in fact it’s illegal practice to clearly state that returns are FREE on the returns portal (regardless of the fine print) and then to charge exorbitant prices for returns. They know exactly what they’re doing and it’s SH-A-DY. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!
Vert bad return process
I ordered once on Boohoo Mena and my experience was not great at all.
After receiving my items, I wanted to return some articles I have created the return ticket on boohoo mena then I never received any confirmation any email any call any message.
I tried to find any contact tried to call on the number on the website but is not working.
I sent many emails I never received any answer.
Finally I tried on Facebook to contact you or post something on the page unfortunately customer are not able to post anything. Last chance I sent a messenger on Facebook and someone finally answered me.
Aramex was supposed to collect my items but no one came and I sent many messengers to Boohoo mena.
After a couple of weeks Aramex collectes articles and I finally received my refund.
That’s unfortunate to have a very bad customer service and your return process is not well worth.
I like this items but with this experience I am not sure I will order again. Some of my friends asked me if they can go ahead with Boohoo order but I am sorry to tell them do not.
I hope you’ll take into consideration my comment.
I think that’s important to have your customer feedback and try to improve your service.
