Good, but it has room for improvement
The bose connect app is good, it gives us the leverage to update the firmware by ourselves, which is great. Appreciate it 👍.
It gives access to other features like pairing and changing the name. It would be great if give the option to customize the audio settings for the speakers. Instead of having to go to system settings. Other apps that I use allows the customization of the EQ. And if and if there are options to control the bass, that would be the best ☺️
Regardless, I really enjoy listening to the amazing sound quality of Bose everyday.
Badly designed. Product is easy to be teared
My bose quiet control 360 has a wear and tear on the answer button, same button that you use to play the next song. I barely used in in the last 18 months. I bought it in Dubai, too bad it’s no longer under warranty so it cannot be replaced. Very bad marketing, it only means that you have to buy a new product after year. The product is not repairable which makes it too badly made and designed. Obviously, their products are expensive but poorly made. I will not recommend this product to people who wants a headset to listen to their favorite music while on commute on a daily basis. After a year, when the product is no longer under warranty, you have to replace it. Your money goest straight to the bin if you buy their products. Lots of alternatives in the market that are more worth your money and will last longer than any Bose products.
Application not recognizing the paired speaker
I have recently purchased 2 Bose Micro SoundLink speakers 1 orange and 1 blue.
I paired the orange but it doesn’t see it and keeps on thinking it is the Blue one and asks me to pair it with the phone...
The same issues happened on my iPad so I uninstalled the application and reinstalled it again. It finally worked after many trials.
I am trying to do the same with my iPhone XR but still the application doesn’t recognize my Orange speaker (which is already paired by Bluetooth with the phone).
I would appreciate you fixing this problem so that I can give you a 5* 😊
