Immersive audio doesn’t function properly with earbuds ultra. Even the inbuilt demo version doesn’t work properly. Also the app doesn’t recognize my QC35 II. Doesn’t get connected. Please fix.

Don’t get me wrong I absolutely enjoy Bose
However the app is at times a nightmare
The Bose universal remote a frightful nightmare on occasion
Lately, It has not worked with well or sync well with my Samsung tv ( it did so not so long ago) doesn’t now
Had to delete, rebooting, both sound bar 700 and remote to no avail , then total factory reset , reinstalled, heck then the 700 base module would not reinstall ( nightmare) and to top it off the remote still doesn’t work as it once did…..
Also the app is a tad clunky when it comes to adjusting volume , you obtain a stinger and better response when using the Bose universal remote
Base - the new module 700 could do with more responsive depth delivery itself is a tad clunky in its sound
Hey, still it’s Bose and far superior than a lot oo sound systems on the market
Oh and still can’t purchase the new Bose wireless speakers to pair with the sound bar “in Dubai”
It keeps logging me out
The app somehow keeps making me logged out, and when I have no access to the internet I can do nothing on this app, everyday I login to my account the next day it’ll ask me again to log in, like what the actual deal here?
Plus, sometimes switching from immersive to aware always broken like it doesn’t change and it keeps telling me “aware” or “immersive”
This headset I bought it’s expensive and to experience this things continuously I think this is ridiculous. What’s the solution?
