FAST ONLINE ACCOUNT OPENING
1 government ID and 5 minutes are all you need to open a BPI savings account. Open an account with your Passport, Driver's License, Postal ID, SSS ID, PRC ID, or UMID. No need to go to the branch. Once the account is opened, you can immediately access BPI online banking services!

Mobile Key - Approval

For a very long time, I am always saying to my friends that the BPI has a easy and user friendly way of banking. But when you started to migrate the BPI from old version to new one, I am experiencing error for my transactions even if my mobile device is registered. Now, i cannot transfer a fund because when I need the mobile key, I am receiving a pop up to approve my transaction. However, once I click the notification to approve my transaction. The app is asking me to “are you sure you want to log out?” Then after clicking either ye or no. My transaction will be cancelled or may session already log out. I even try to do my transaction to desktop and received the notification through my registered mobile but still its not proceeding. It’s ready hard for me to do my transaction BPI since I am not in the Philippines right now to fix this issue. I hope you can enhance more your newly introduced BPI App so we will not encountered this kind of issue. It is indeed difficult not only to me. Also for all the OFW who is using your products and services. I do have the sample screenshot of the error. I hope this will resolve as quick as possible.

New app caused me a locked account

I tried to use my updated password and the new app didnt seem to get it right. Now to reset password, i have to go the the BPI link which always says, “Try again later- we are unable to process your request at this time.” There’s supposed to be a mobile number or email which could help solve this issue but i dont know why they arent even being asked. I cant even go to the bank to complaint cos im working abroad. The “Lets Chat” option is not even helpful at all. So im stuck forever until i go back to PH for vacation. As if OFW can just fly ti PH anytime we want. The new app is supposed to improve your service but i say it made it worse. Please fix your system that is always under maintenance!

Inconvenience for ofw

You should have considered that not all of your customers have the latest sim card size, some still use their old sim card sizeThese old SIM card size are not compatible with the latest smartphones available in the market. You just locked them out from their own account, unable to do transactions, preventing them to use their hard earn money especially for emergency use, what worst is now this applies to both online banking and your new app. You should have at least open the online banking and add OTP verification instead of key pass. We’ve been using BPI for years, how disappointing.
