User experience error
How come that the join and login has the same user flow. I deleted the app because it always say’s “internal error”. it is also the suggestion when I called to the support.
Review you login userflow there is something wrong with that why user cannot log again. It always say “member already exist”. Because if user exist then it should be successfully login if otp is provided.

A joke app
Despite numerous attempts to access the application and numerous calls to customer support since last year, I have yet to successfully use the application. I'm increasingly concerned about the seriousness with which complaints are being handled. If the app continues to be unusable, it undermines its entire purpose and renders it ineffective.
The input is invalid
After I put the OTP sent to my registered mobile#, the error message comes with “The input is invalid.” I keep on re-trying, but the same error would pop-up. I cleared my caches, ios is updated, and even tried reinstalling the app. But the same error comes.
