Too many attempts

I don’t know why the application refuse to login after many logging in during the day!!!! When i login the app ask to login later and showing msg that I exceed my login attempts , this is not possible , how should I make my appointment or view my reports? After one week ????Also there is no problem in signing in because i login through UAE PASS

Ah. Najjar
This application is great and so easy to use, it’s the best correlation between patient and hospital. I would recommend adding below features if possible that will enhance the patient experience for sure: 1. The possibility to view or download the radiology pictures, or even submit a form to receive it by email if it needs server space. 2. Option that would allow us to add the medications to apple health application, adding it to calendar does not seem good. 3. Maybe booking tickets is possible to be a feature on this app. To avoid spending a lot of time waiting in pharmacy especially.

This application is great and so easy to use, it’s the best correlation between patient and hospital. Slow & problem with login

It’s little bit slow most of the times. Every time needs to login again and not getting OTP, no matter how many times we tried it’s being the same, because of this we need to call the customer service to book an appointment. Even if it’s open after several attempts then it comes the next problem ‘buffering & getting stuck’. It’s a shame that in this electronic age such a big healthcare provider’s software developers can’t find and clear such a small issue.
