Bad quality products

Recently I had ordered AIR BY CRAZY BABY ear pods. The product wasn’t charging when put on charge, so returned the product thinking that there was a fault in that product alone, so I ordered the same product again expecting the issue to be ok in other product. After receiving I found the same problem of charging with the product ordered again.
I would suggest Cartlow to check the products before putting them on sale, very much disappointed with the products which I have ordered and it’s not the first time, once I received baby stroller with missing parts.

So horrible experience

I made order in 16 july and the expected delivery date was from 3 to 5 days After I made the order I called the customer service to ask them to try to let me receive the order asap Because I have a flight and I don’t want to get any delays And they said we will try After three days of that day I received a call that the item I already ordered is out of stock So how it’s available in the app ? How they let me order it and pay for it How they noticed it’s not available after three days Any way they said we can change your item with another item that it’s so close in the features And i said okay because I haven’t any another option and also I don’t have enough time to order from any other place And i asked them once again when i will get the order they said next day I waited another three days and nothing happened At the end I had to cancel my order in 23 July Just 7 days I lost because of that unprofessional app and the un responsible customer service team

They have good prices and deals but horrible customer service

So I ordered an iphone a year or two ago and it said the expected date was 4 days after the order was placed and it came a week and a half later

Second time was when i ordered a phone for my maid and it came 2 weeks after ordering even though it was expected 3 days after order was

I said to myself that i wont order from cartlow because of the horrible service and how they lie to customers but around 6-8 months later i got an ad for black friday and i wanted to see the deals and the airpods pro were 50% off they said its expected by 29th of november and ive been following up with them everyday and they all repeat the exact same thing “I will try my best” but its useless and i still havent received my product its been 3 days past the expected date and im really frustrated.

Side note, the iphone i ordered was taken to a shop because i broke the screen and they informed me that the item was altered with already and the screen was replaced; however, the listing said Pre-Owned A quality not refurbished…

Overall, a good company but the management is absolutely horrible and they lie, A LOT.
