Bad quality products

Recently I had ordered AIR BY CRAZY BABY ear pods. The product wasn’t charging when put on charge, so returned the product thinking that there was a fault in that product alone, so I ordered the same product again expecting the issue to be ok in other product. After receiving I found the same problem of charging with the product ordered again.
I would suggest Cartlow to check the products before putting them on sale, very much disappointed with the products which I have ordered and it’s not the first time, once I received baby stroller with missing parts.

Kindly check the product before delivering .

Cartlow scam policy

I recently sold my device to Cartlow, Apple iPad. I told him that the scratches and I showed them how the videos I told them they determine the price will be hundred dirham. I said it fair to us because this has been more than four years have been waiting for them for 11 days, not counting the holidays and it has been more than 6 days even though your policy is within 3 to five working days even though you guys are from 3 to 5 working days and today I got a reply from you guys that this item of mine is not being able to sold how come I know it’s damage and I told you that the comment it was damaged I showed you the proof it was damaged and now you’re telling me it cannot be so when I spoke with the customer service, I asked her what the issue with it. She told me the concern team, perhaps they have they didn’t determine it’s not being able to be so I asked her what is the reason she said she doesn’t know they don’t want to tell her how come the concert team doesn’t want to answer back today. Customer service what kind of service are you sure you guys take devices you guys buy devices from us or is it policy scam?

So horrible experience

I made order in 16 july and the expected delivery date was from 3 to 5 days After I made the order I called the customer service to ask them to try to let me receive the order asap Because I have a flight and I don’t want to get any delays And they said we will try After three days of that day I received a call that the item I already ordered is out of stock So how it’s available in the app ? How they let me order it and pay for it How they noticed it’s not available after three days Any way they said we can change your item with another item that it’s so close in the features And i said okay because I haven’t any another option and also I don’t have enough time to order from any other place And i asked them once again when i will get the order they said next day I waited another three days and nothing happened At the end I had to cancel my order in 23 July Just 7 days I lost because of that unprofessional app and the un responsible customer service team
