I am very disappointed with SharafDG.
I bough an item online and got it delivered with a damage and plus it doesn’t service it’s purpose, I called them that I want to return the item and it’s been already more than a month how no one is coming to pick it up and every time I call them ( and I was calling them almost for every day ) it’s the same answer : “ I will follow up with the online team and someone will come to pick it up in 2days “ it’s been like this more than a month.
After I send I don’t know how many e mails and calls, they found a time to answer in my e mail telling me that I didn’t send them pictures of the damage. First of all if I don’t like what I received and it’s not the way it looks on the picture I want to return it you don’t need pictures?! Then I got a call from them 2 weeks ago that team will come in on specific date to pick the item and guess what? Since that time no one showed at my door, no one called. I just received e mail that my complain expired, which is insane becouse I’m not the one who’s not following up with the things. You are disaster and I don’t recommend anyone to buy anything online from you! Shame on you! When it comes to take an money from customer it’s very easy but when you need to return it it’s not possible, I have so many bad comments about you that I don’t even want to say here! Shame shame shame on you !

Purchase date of my phone was 17th September delivery date was mentioned 6-8 weeks last delivery date is 12th November 2022 , i had purchased same phone from apple store on the launch date and the delivery was suppose to be on October 10- 12 but when i saw the product in sharaf dg online store i cross checked with the customer care executive and the staff informed me this will be delivered before 10th October (as product online sometimes gets delivered before the estimated time )more over the guy gave me confirmation for the same but when i called the customer care before 10th October the other executive informed no sir the earlier person had done a mistake but it will be delivered on or before the delivered date only so I thought ok i will wait , but on regular follow up the item seems to be only on processing so I registered a complaint and after repeated phone calls and complaints today a call centre agent called me and said no the item can’t be delivered by tomorrow and if you want you can come and have a refund or wait till we have the product! I know this is bit long but never i had such a bad experience . Thank myself for wasting my money and time .

I ordered online using sharaf dg application. And by mistake i put my old number. After i place my order i called to the customer service agent to update my number. And then i give my new number. And then he told me that it’s already okay. It’s updated already that’s the guy said. I forgot the name. And then i wait until the date of my delivery date. And then when i check my order it’s written there that my mobile is switch off. It means that they didn’t update my mobile number. And then i call again to the customer service. I gave again my number to update the old one. And they said it’s okay now. Already updated. And they said before the delivery guy come to my location they will call 1 hour before. Again i wait for the call. But nobody’s calling me. I check again my order it’s written again mobile switch off. What a poor customer service. They’re not doing the’re job properly. I need my order urgently. I need this laptop now. I think i call the customer service 3 or 4 times. Even you check the recordings of our conversation. I will not order again to this electronic shop. Not recommended.
