This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced. I ordered a mattress on the 21st (Saturday) and at their app they let you choose the delivery date, I chose 24th (Tuesday). I was thinking it will all go smoothly but then on the 23rd (Monday) I received a message with a tracking link that they scheduled my delivery on the 27th (Friday). I didn’t want to argue hence I just let it go, came 27th but I did not receive my order. 28th which is today (Saturday), I called their customer service hotline and they promised to deliver today, their delivery service called me and promised to deliver by 2-3pm today but then when that time arrived nothing is delivered, I followed up with them and they insisted they will deliver as per the timing I chose which is between 5-9pm, I mentioned that this is unacceptable, they already delayed my delivery without any reason yet they cannot prioritize a late delivery. I called their customer service hotline again to file a complaint but they won’t accept it, they insisted that as per their system it’s scheduled on 5-9pm but I told them that I cannot accept this as they already delayed my delivery when I have scheduled it for the 24th. They cannot give me a good reason and won’t accept their fault. Will not recommend anyone to use this app nor buy from their store at all.

I purchased tiles from your store and have been struggling with the delivery for the past 15 days. Despite calling customer care 2-3 times a day, I have received no concrete updates or solutions, which has left me completely at a loss as to what to do next. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and the lack of professionalism displayed throughout this process. One week ago, I was informed that I needed to arrange three laborers for the delivery—something that should have been communicated at the very beginning. Although I managed to arrange laborers as requested, the delivery has still not been made. This experience has not only caused me unnecessary stress but also led me to advise others against using your delivery services. I regret recommending your store due to the unprofessional handling of this matter. I urgently request that you provide a clear and immediate resolution. Please let me know how I can get the delivery completed without any further delay. I expect a prompt update from your side and a firm commitment to resolving this matter as soon as possible.
