Scamming app

If you are installing this app expecting good experience !! FORGET IT. This platform has either fake goods or fake prices.

When I say fake I don't mean counterfeit items no.

They have scamming practices where they put fake prices on times which might seem a good price for that item.

Once you place an order, they take your hard earned money and from your credit card. They will call you after 2 days to tell you that the item is not available. And they will refund you after 30 days.

If you go back to the same item you will find the same item with much higher price.

Ironically, the seller will contact you on whatsapp to tell you that you can place the same order with the new higher price.

So basically they want to blackmail you after they take your money, to pay more.

I hope apple would remove such scamming app from their store.

Worst quality service and customer service

I’ve ordered an item from them and have received a completely different item not related to what I’ve ordered.
I’ve contacted customer service, website chat, and sent an email, but all is useless. They tell me just return the item and re-order again so this item maybe I’ll get the time or maybe I’ll get something else!
No one is willing to help and act as if this is your mistake so just return the item.
Rating it very poor with everything!

Poor customer service

I ordered 3 types of items, but got something completely different delivered. Customer support said that they don’t have exchange policy, so I have to return the items first, wait for the voucher and than reorder the items. This is just ridiculous, why should I have this headache if it was THEIR fault sending me something I never ordered! Poor and inflexible customer care. Will not order again.
