Terrible recommendation by staff

I have extremely upset with staff at the choitram safa branch. Went in to buy acticol & the staff convinced me that Kiki Health is a better brand & better value for money. They said only 2 caps of latter need to be taken while 3-5 caps of acticol need to be taken therefore Kiki is better value
A smart move by life to push possibly old stock or higher margin products is to stick pricing labels on the product whereby you can’t read dosage side effects etc. I started consuming Kiki with zero effect only to realise that 3-4 caps need to be taken before & after meals three times a day. So the sales pitch made by staff was a blatant lie
Please do not recommend products unless the customer asks for one! I wanted acticol & there was no reason to convince me to buy a rubbish product which is not value for money

Directions on Retinol Intense Trial Kit Dear Life Pharmacy Team, I hope this message finds you well. I recently purchased the Retinol Intense Trial Kit from Life Pharmacy. Upon reviewing the application directions through the Life Pharmacy app, I noticed a concerning error in the instructions: The directions for the Retinol Intense Eye Cream state to apply it on the face and neck. The directions for the Retinol Intense Reactivating Serum state to apply it around the eye area and on wrinkle-prone parts. It appears that the instructions have been switched, which could lead to improper use and potentially harm the skin by applying the products to the wrong target areas. This could be a serious issue for customers expecting correct guidance on how to use these skincare products. I kindly suggest that the instructions be reviewed and undergo proper QA checks to ensure accuracy. Please refer to the attached photos for clarification. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Worst service ever

Life Pharmacy only deserves zero rating. It has the worst services ever — app, customer service and services they offer. Paid for instant delivery because I needed the medicine, but no delivery came on time. I waited for 2 hours for the chat services in the app to be connected to customer service who didn’t help at all and only gave lame excuses. So, I requested to cancel the order but then no actions had been taken until the following morning. I had to call them again this morning and it seems that their team doesn’t know what they’re doing. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in the UAE. And to think that they are a pharmacy who should prioritize the health of their customers makes it even worst. I feel sorry for those who badly need medicine but had to suffer because of an extremely poor service like this. They scam people by charging extra fees for instant delivery that they couldn’t even do and feed you with lies and excuses. All they think about is money.
