Worst customer service
Worst app , I booked for sharjah oasis mall using credit card and they taken money and not issued the ticket , when I came to the cinema they don’t know about it , they are telling money will return back , but I feel very worst customer service experience .
Unreliable
Unreliable app. You can’t book a ticket. You cannot surf the app without it glitching. I tried to book a ticket 3 times and it didn’t let me go to the payment interface.
