Novo Cinema Qatar: App is really poor performance. Always found failure and error in its payment gateway stage. Raised complaints several times over the phone and on the counter, but still it remains same.Moreover, it’s not supporting Apple Pay. Nowadays even browser page provides Apple Pay feature, on top of their App. I repeat the Novo App (for Qatar) is very disappointing.

I wouldn't never recommend this cinema it is completely disgusting and the works kicked us out for whispering to one another and we are just kids while they had no rights, we were sitting and whispering and so were others and now they come and only kick us out. They have no rights and we are just kids they gave us a warning and we listend and they still ended up kicking us out. If you are wondering what mall this is it is dubai festival city never come here. They are very disrespectful and when they kqqicked us out we couldn't do anything not even get our food or tickets we had to go out immediately while they had no rights at all.i know its just an app but i am warning you to not come to this cinema neither get the app because you don’t need it because it id an disgusting,horrible cinema NEVER AND NEVER COME FOR YOUR OWN RIGHTS

Needs Major Fixes for Booking & FeedbackI had a very frustrating experience using the Novo Cinemas app.1.The app does not work properly when the website is open in a browser.2.At Mega Mall, the Edge 60 seats showed as available both in the browser and in the app, but I was unable to book them. I had to end up booking 50 AED seats instead, which was inconvenient.3.The payment gateway design needs improvement — the first name and last name fields are hidden behind the keyboard, so you cannot see what you are typing.4.After completing my booking, when I tried to leave a review and selected “Unsatisfied” with my comments, the form kept failing to submit. When I changed my review to “Satisfied” with just a “very good” comment, it went through.This makes it feel like negative feedback is not being accepted, which is disappointing. Please fix these issues to make the app more user-friendly and fair.

The first version was annoying. It’s like the developer was stupid. You can use it but you will have to enter everything all over again if you want to use it. No option to “save card”. The new version finally has this feature. Except the app does not work. I have been constantly reminding myself that I told myself to uninstall it. Because last week I just tried it and it never works. And kept doing it every week hoping one day it will work. It doesn’t. It is really quite surprising these days still have systems like this.
