This is by far better app than all other calling apps in UAE. Design is good and it does what it is suppose to do; call and connect people. 1 feature in particular which I would like to see is picture in picture capability. So that when you are doing something else on your phone you still have the video call on side running where you can see the person while doing some other work on your phone.

I have order my Physical card and i have paid for it . And my EID was not expired that time . And their Delivery Partner got my Shipment after 2 days i have ordered my card . Then i have scheduled my Shipment as Counter collection.. but their delivered Partner was Wasting my time and they are making story. When every i call them they saying sorry sir sorry sir . And after 5-6 days i have fight with comera and their Partner. Between this my Id expired and comera told me they will approved the Passport also but when the delivery guy came for delivery the comera not Notify them that my Shipment can be verified my Passport as well . Then I called to comera support then they are making new story that sir you have to give us written mail.. What type of behaviour is this from Comera and their delivery partner.. i am very disappointed with them and i have paid AED 200 for my physical card . They don’t care about Customer..

I’ve been using this app for 4 months now here in UAE, while it might be the best solution out there for VOIP calls but there are some key features that it lacks and issues. I would really love if the teams works on this feedback and improves the app. Issues so far :1. The connectivity of the app can sometimes be really an issue.2. Quality of Audio and video is really average even if you connect it to the fastest network . It’s really bad.3. Missing PIP mode when the app in minimized to the background, this is the really annoying one.Other than all of this, i really love the app. Thanks and Kudos to the development team of this app.

I am writing to express my frustration with an ongoing issue I’ve been experiencing while using cometa. Whenever I make or receive a call, the call connects initially but gets disconnected after just a few seconds if i leave the app. This disruption is causing significant inconvenience, as I am unable to complete important conversations.I have verified my internet connection and ensured that my app is up to date. Despite this, the problem persists. I kindly request that your team investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible. Additionally, please inform me of any steps I might take on my end to help address this problem.
