Well, this was first time ever I had 11 minutes helicopter (chopper) ride reserved via Do Join App in discount offer. They shared me location Falcon Heli Tours at Atlantis the Palm Helipad and informed my flight booked at 3:35 PM today. I was delayed while reaching the mentioned location and when I contacted Do Join staff, he helped me arranging last helicopter flight. Otherwise, delay in time would cancel the flight with no refund. I experienced long queue on the way as well. Therefore , I recommend to use Do Join app for booking events as customer satisfaction is their topmost priority….

Totally scam

I’ve purchased ticket for Global Village from this application after watching TikTok ad advertisement.. everybody was saying that this application is legit.. but I personally from my experience.. I can say it’s totally a scam.. My experience was horrible with this application.. I literally purchased one ticket from this application and I didn’t receive the ticket yet.. obviously I’ve paid already for my ticket.. but then I’ve tried to contact customer service.. the number which they have provided in their application.. the customer service was also really poor.. they are not even responding to my message.. they are simply keep delaying my ticket.. then I directly called them at their center.. I’m calling them again and again.. but whenever one of their representative receiving the call.. he just telling me that.. I shall receive the ticket within five minutes.. but every representative saying the same thing only.. I am waiting from last 24 hours.. still, I didn’t receive my ticket.. but the balance obviously got deducted from my account.. I totally highly do not recommend this application.. as this application take your money, but do not give you the ticket… also such a poor customer service.. I got scammed⚠️.. so be aware guys…

Desert Safari

Our driver and guide mr. Samer Ahmed was the best you can ever ask for! He arrived early at the hotel to pick us up then we headed for the safari, he really helped us with bargaining with the shop owners so that we could buy things for cheaper prices! He is a very experienced driver and has great hospitality with a kind heart!! He is also a very very good photographer, the photos he took of us were out of this world. We truly enjoyed our time with him and would like to recommend him to anyone that wants to do the desert safari. We will definitely be booking him more and more
