S'hail 4+

I don’t know what’s wrong with the app, it wasn’t this way before, but since about 2 months already, bus schedules are shown with wrong timing. For example, now 17:18, I’m checking one bus, it shows on all bus stops that the bus arrives at 13:15. No useful information at all. And every day this way for any bus, you check any time, some nonsense timing is being displayed stuck for all bus stops of all buses. I complained about this twice in the app. But no reaction, no one fixes this.

The RTA Sahil app has significantly declined in quality after the recent update. Previously, it was a reliable and accurate tool, but now it has become one of the worst apps for transportation information. The most frustrating aspect is the incorrect display of bus and metro schedules. When users need to travel immediately or plan their journeys for the current time, the app shows schedules that are one hour old. This defeats the purpose of real-time updates and renders the app almost useless for those seeking instant transportation information. The primary benefit of such apps is to provide up-to-date and accurate information about transportation services. However, with the current state of the RTA Sahil app, users are unable to access timely information about bus and metro services. This flaw not only undermines the app's utility but also hinders users' ability to plan their journeys effectively. We urge the RTA team to address this critical error promptly. It is essential to restore the app's functionality so that users can once again rely on it for accurate and real-time transportation schedules. Your immediate attention to this matter would greatly improve the user experience and restore trust in the RTA Sahil app.

Worst service ever!!!!!! We booked a taxi to go to the AIRPORT a day ahead and no one showed up and when we called S’hail call center they said that they didn’t have the taxi system so they couldn’t help us and made us feel it was our fault!!!!!!! We were late to our flight all because of this extremely terrible service!!!!!!! Additionally, the cistomer service wanted to help us (obviously it didnt work!!!!) he gave us a number to call to ask them about our taxi and the person from the other number took more than 10 minutes to fully comprehend what we were going theough and even though we informed him that we are going to the airport he still said that our booking was in fact in the system and that someone else was going to call us in 10 minutes!!!!! If this is a service offered in Dubai then im not sure what you left for your other services!!!!!!! The worst experience ever!!!!!!
