Cannot be able to scan!
This is a good app cos u will find your balance right away no need to go to the metro station but the problem i cannot scan my card , i did too many times to top up and unfortunately its not working w🙈😫 Also i wish we could add up to the apple wallet so theres no need to bring the physical card. Thank you☺️
Support for apple pay and increase top up amount
Overall this is a 5-star app for. It’s convenient way to top up nol cards. But should also allow to pay by apple pay so no need to enter credit card details every time doing top up. Also increase the amount of top up from 150 to at least 350 or higher. Should allow also to top up nol card by nol card number only and not requiring the physical nol card.

Apple Wallet Transit Card
App is decent. I can reload my nol card online but the feature that I would love to see is the ability to add my nol card as transit card in apple wallet. So every time I am traveling on metro I can tap my phone than a card because it is more convenient and modern. Dubai is modern and hi tech, using those cards and not have the option to add the card to my iPhone seems outdated. I guess Dubai is never outdated
