I used the car yesterday which was the first time (after being recommended by my friend) and I had booked from ajman for a full day. As I stay in Jurf, Ajman while returning the car I had a problem because I was not able to lock it as it said “you are out of business zone”. According to the app it said you can park it in a municipality parking zone, but when I called the customer service they said search for the zone in google maps which was not showing any such location and was not helpful. Finally I had to take the car to Rashidiya 1 to end the trip. This exercise of identifying a municipality parking zone and talking to customer service and the evening weekend traffic ensured that I passed my cut off time. They charged me an additional one day because of this. To go back I had to get my friend to come and pick me up..But I should say once I escalated this to customer service again, I was refunded with credits after being charged for the excess minutes used. This was a good gesture by them. Thank you. Overall experience was good and I will definitely recommend them. I would request you to please make the parking zones clear in the app. as I understand to compete the trip we can park only within city limits and google maps will not help you in this..

just wanted to share my experience witch is really bad and disappointedyesterday 14/July I was in DIFC and I wanted to take a car for a couple of rides, the nearest car was in Dubai Mall so I took a taxi and schedule my plans regarding this so I arrived at the location and i didn't find the car so I contacted your call center and I told them that I booked a car which is not at the location so he advised me to go to the mall security and give them the plate numbers to find the car I told him but you have to do that not me but I will do it coz I'm in harry, the mall security said that the car already not here and it's not showing on the cameras so I called the call center again and told him about that he said we will contact the last costumer and get back to in 2 minutes, he left me for 15 minutes again I called them again for the third time and every time i was telling the whole strory from beggining at the end the agent told me that we can't do anything about that!!!I told him how come you left me for 15 minutes waiting for a reply he said maybe the agent was busy!!! seriously like I'm wasting his time or I want to chat with him not having an issue, all my schedule missed up, I lost 45 minutes searching for that car which is already not exist that was my last time using your service and I will never recommend it to anybody

Udrive employees never failed me, whatever happens with me during , before or after renting their cars they always solve it even if it was a fault from my side , for example once I forgot to end the trip and i ended with almost 7 hours which I should’ve paid around 400 and i called them and explained what happened and they charged me only for the time i used the car which is 20 minutes and around 30 dirhams and many more situations, their employees are very respectful and sweet and they do care about their customers unlike their competitor EKAR where they never ever helped me with anything and they always charge people for every single thing a very big amounts + their employees are very rude and they dont try to solve anything for you , i think UDRIVE employees should go and teach them how to treat customers. But i have one comment that udrive prices recently got a bit higher comparing to before i hope you go back to your old prices.

Udrive alwyas had wonderful service, clean cars but they didn’t stop at that! New cars added to the fleet, cleaner cars, wherever u go u find couple of cars near by! Pocket friendly, I have taken service for as low as AED 10 as well!! Guess what that’s cheaper than getting a taxi 😂 easy payment modes I don’t have to worry at all, secured as I have never been charged extra! As I write this review there are hundreds of good things coming to my mind…what next 🤔…ah yes! Customer service, very quick in replying, knowledgeable any query I get support immediately, what else..hmmm…User friendly app how could I forget that! Easy to understand and use…to summarise…trust me Udrive is reliable don’t waste time looking for other options, get this one, u won’t regret it!! And udrive 1 suggestion for u… keep up the good work, u guys r doing great! 👍🏻😇😍
