I had an awful experience with Yaldi Car Rental. This company seems more focused on finding ways to drain your wallet than providing decent customer service. Every interaction felt like a setup, with hidden fees and obscure terms and conditions suddenly brought up to justify extra charges. It felt more like exploitation than a fair rental process.On top of that, I was very concerned about their lax security measures. Yaldi didn’t require any OTP or verification for payments, leaving my credit card and personal information at risk. In today’s world, this lack of security is simply unacceptable.For anyone looking for a secure and reliable car rental in Dubai, I highly recommend exploring alternatives like Udrive for peace of mind and trustworthy service.

A guy parked the car inside private parking and took the keys with him so i couldn’t open the car while the trip started and i was getting charged even though the car was still locked. I called customer service and told them about the situation. They didn’t know what to do. They told me they will call me back but nothing. I called again, a different lady said she will call me back in 30 mins. Its been 10 hours now 🤣Even the way they talk looks like they need some training. Great new cars but they need to fix their customer service and give heavy fines to people who take the keys with them so others can’t use the car 🤬

I only realized when my credit started vanishing at an insane rate.I reached out to customer service, and guess what? They dodged every question about why they didn’t notify users. Until now, no proof, no explanation—just delay.This shady, unprofessional move kills the user experience. Yaldi is tricking customers and draining their wallets without warning. Stay away unless you want to be robbed blind.
