Awesome service
I like it because very easy to sign up and with in seconds you will get verified if your documents are authentic and valid, vehicles are also very good brand new model, company provided vehicle cleaning and washing services also during your rental period if required, i love it
Worst Customer Care!
A guy parked the car inside private parking and took the keys with him so i couldn’t open the car while the trip started and i was getting charged even though the car was still locked. I called customer service and told them about the situation. They didn’t know what to do. They told me they will call me back but nothing. I called again, a different lady said she will call me back in 30 mins. Its been 10 hours now 🤣Even the way they talk looks like they need some training.
Great new cars but they need to fix their customer service and give heavy fines to people who take the keys with them so others can’t use the car 🤬
Outstanding service
I’ve been using Yaldi for a month now and I can confidently say that it is the best car rental service that i have ever experienced.
Most importantly their customer care is top notch .
